Some companies aren’t ready to start content management

JoAnn Hackos has a good article about how to tell if an organization is not yet ready to install a content management system. They’ve heard that Content Management is a good thing and they’d like to have some. But they won’t get their money’s worth until they can realize what content they have and achieve some standardization in their document structure. And that takes a some investigation and analysis.
